The charge up time for getting both tear and ROA is so long that you are basically dooming your early game completely. Singed is already well known for his bad early game. That i completely agree with since when you fall back you can then grab the altar in relative safety since the other team is going to have to push out the minions anyways. Nera"

Sometimes not even put out some damage on it depending on how far the enemy minions are pushed out. While altars take 8 seconds to cap if you are"
