"It looks like it gives you a lot but it really doesnt. the increased movement speed doesnt outweigh the defenses from tabi or mercs and the slow reducing thing is pitiful when compared to tenacity."

"The guide has been once again updated to include the ancient coin line of items as the primary purchase over relic shield's line. The reasoning: CDR is killer, and while the other stats may be lackluster, the item is far easier to utilize (the active, and gold generation passive).
