Well to clarify 24 armor pen is what I'd do on junglers that need armor pen. Attack speed is solid for jungle speeds also.

But I think the point missed here is that level 6 power gank isn't optimal jungle play in the current metagame. Jungler's in the current day either need to be able to gank around level 2 (shaco, udyr, lee sin) or have a significant impact late game (ammumu)
