Since you have no mana regen in your build, you'll probably want Greater Seal of Clarity over Greater Seal of Replenishment. The mp5/level will catch up by the time you have mana problems if you use your passive effectively.

Not bad, but not correct. That still gives a movement bonus, not agility.
Agility is not always the same as speed. Dancers use agility when dancing in place, though their position doesn't change."

Nope. Remember, the ability GIVES the champion AGILITY, and not MOVEMENT. There is only one mechanic in the game involving agility and not movement. That should help."
