"They're both good runes; I wouldn't fault you for running Waterwalking. I've been using Waterwalking on more champions recently so I might switch sometime down the road.
I think you're overselling the difference between the two runes a bit as they're both pretty small bonuses and neither are "

"Guide updates only offer points once per guide, per month. There's also a cap to how many points you can earn through most types of activities. You can check out the raffle post for more details on the caps.

Spirit Visage is definitely a great item on Warwick, just remember that you won't always need the MR (especially that early) as much as you might need armor."

"Iceborn Gauntlet is the only "damage" item that I've seen on Sejuani, but personally I'm not a big fan. She's pretty well suited to setting up her teammates and just surviving and tanking damage. I don't feel she gains much from adding damage items that sacrifice her durability.
