If you want a more mid-game oriented champion, maybe try Nocturne, Diana or Rumble.

"By "Note tab" do you mean the "Notes" that are next to some parts of the build in the cheatsheet at the top of a guide? To read those notes, you just have to hover your mouse over the Notes text. If you click it, nothing will happen."
