Posted a Comment: Oct 13th, 2017 " 1. When I say "lock down" I just mean prevent the target from taking actions. If you chain Primal Howl with Infinite Duress your target will be unable to control their champion for 2.5 seconds. "Crowd control" or "disable" would also work in place of "loc"
