"I don't know, I think a few champions like Kennen might make good use of it. Crowstorm also requires some channeling time so it's not like people have never been able to blink in from fog before. It'll probably be pretty useless on a lot of champions though."

"The channel time was 2.5 seconds when they last teased it. It actually seemed more like Vi's Vault Breaker given the channel time and slowed movement."
