"The only effect that is applied 5 times is The Black Cleaver, because it's applied on instances of physical damage rather than on each attack. Ranger's Focus has several instances of physical damage, but will only apply on-hit effects once because it only counts as one attack."

"Hey Alonshow, I think I can help you out with some of these questions.
Solo laners reach level 6 around the time duo laners are level 4. This is because Experience is split between nearby champions, so solo laners get a lot more experience than each of the duo laners.

"Welcome back! Yes, I stopped building attack speed when the Devourer enchantment was removed and replaced with Bloodrazor. Attack speed builds still work decently, but I find building AD/Lethality to be much more reliable."
