Posted a Comment: Oct 17th, 2014 "Nocturne's sustain is fine. I don't think Lifesteal quints are worth it after the nerf from 2% to 1.5% (even ADCs don't run them anymore). Also AS quints were buffed in that same patch, so that's even more reason to use them."

This means that unless you have several teammates who can make use of the shred, it's not really worth it for your personal damage output compar"
