"Crit chance lets you crit crazy often early on and you get to see crit animations for tanks and mages and stuff.

"What dill said. Also Lee Sin is a lot more focused on early gank pressure and snowballing into mid game, while Nocturne is a little more flexible with slightly weaker ganks and mobility, but stronger farming, scaling and post-6 ganks."
