Basically what the title says. Sorry if this has been brought up but I didn't see any mention of it. It simply saddens me to see my posts without the little gold badge that brings me so much joy....

"I agree. Now it's a shit item. Just because it's necessary for burst casters late game doesn't mean it's not crap. Morello wanted it removed entirely because the mechanic is toxic, this is as close as he got.
This was obviously not a tweak, this was smashing the item out of the meta as far as "

"I don't plan on building it early anymore, that's for sure. Maybe as a 3rd item or later on burst casters.
Not only does the CDR nerf hurt its overall cost-effectiveness, but the hit to base damage is just brutal.... :/"
