"It's also a ganking tool that builds into a strong core item. Wriggle's delays any sort of offensive item and the sustain it gives is rather mediocre.
Bilgewater Cutlass has a ranged 50% slow on a 60 second cooldown. Don't underestimate it."

"Why don't you max Charm first? As an AD carry, your E is pretty much your only significant ability besides your ult. It allows you to lock down a target so you can DPS them for up to 2 seconds without retaliation. Maxing it first would increase the length of the CC.
