"I'd be a bit careful with that. We don't want people acting or playing dishonestly just to get priority in the picking order. I don't think there's anything wrong with being courteous to newer players.
I think this should not be a rule, but perhaps a guideline to the vets that arrange the teams"

"The stats sheet does not take into account the effect of masteries and some item passives. Not many people pay attention to it anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much about it."

Fiddlesticks is not a strong pick in lane or jungle. You might win some games against teams that aren't careful enough with their warding or find the occ"
