"MR/lvl glyphs are great for supports and junglers.
You can use HP/lvl seals for AP mids if you don't want mp5/lvl. Armor's okay too, but most of the time you'll be up against magic damage anyway. The scaling health helps you survive burst without having to build much health in items."
