"Play more games. There's no fast-track to getting more IP. If you want the reward for playing a lot, you have to play a lot.
You could also buy RP and purchase the champion that way, but not everyone is willing to do that."

"He is not OP at all, though he is a strong AD carry. I think he's just less popular because the more prominent AD carries have slightly more favorable kits.
Graves and Vayne were nerfed fairly recently (vayne moreso), so you might see a few more Corkis around. He still is a strong champion.
