I still wouldn't bother. Max E and he's stupid fast even without wriggle's, and his sustain is still very high. It works a bit better than it would in lane, but it's far from necessary.

"Wits is great, I think Wriggle's is unnecessary though. The ward and armor is nice, but you don't need the sustain and a higher defense will offer you more in a trade.

"That's a pretty good idea, actually. I don't need the cape to farm, it's more for the extra DPS in team fights (Malph is a bit lacking in that department). Since you can basically absorb any amount of sustained AD damage in early-mid game, it's good for 1v1s too.
But it's probably not necessary"

"Also I'm thinking that early Philosopher's Stone is unnecessary. You have enough sustain with Doran's Ring and Carnivore and it's probably smarter to start counter-building immediately instead. Especially since you'll usually just end up selling it later."
