Akali does not scale well with AS.
Fizz might, but I think other spells would be a lot more useful. You'd have to try it to be sure.

Galio and Cassiopeia are both too farm and level-dependant to duo very well in my opinion. There's a reason why the meta is the way it is. I wouldn't play either of those champions in a duo lane if I could help it."
