"21/0/9 is way better. Nimbleness is shit without other dodge chance. Awareness is 1000x more effective unless you have dodge runes and/or boots."

"Depending on the champion, full ArPen runes can be useful if you can get away with them. They may not be optimized for the fastest possible jungle, but they're fantastic when fighting champions.
Some champions need other runes though. I wouldn't run full arpen on someone reliant on AS or AD."
