"Morgana isn't much of an early game champion. You basically just farm your lane and sustain with your passive until you get a gank or your ultimate. There's not a whole lot of use for AP until after level 6 anyway. Most kills you'll get with Morg will be between levels 4 and 8, then laning ph"

You finish your boots way too late though. Move it up after Wriggle's Lantern.
Void Staff > Abyssal Scepter when it comes to nukers and assassins. Replace it in the core build and move it AFTER Lich Bane. You won't need t"
