You have no points in Camouflage.
Also, you don't have nearly enough attack speed in the build. Berserker's Greaves is a necessity.
With that many points in Noxious Trap, it would be better to build AP to make the most out of your mushrooms.
I think Malady should be moved later "

"I wasn't trying to. I'm speaking from experience; I've seen some "good" older guides that were simply too outdated to be relevant anymore. I saw a once-popular Veigar guide use a Zhonya's Ring. What does that mean? Get a Rabadon's Deathcap instead? Or Zhonya's Hourglass? "

"Just get Soraka to lane mid with you to keep your mana up. Then you can build straight lifesteal and be really survivable. It's won me many games.
