"Greater Glyph of Strength: Horrible. Get magic resist or flat CDR.
Greater Seal of Strength: Very bad. You're better off with armor or mana regen.
Greater Mark of Strength: Not great. ArPen is better by far.

Not only does Sunfire Cape give a bunch of armor, it also provides a load of health. Since you won't be getting magic resist for a little bit yet, that health is going to be your only defense against magic dmg (along with your runes).

I'm sure professional players can use Trynd's ult perfectly every single time. They would still get tremendously shut down because other pros know how to zone trynd in lane and CC him when he ults. If you start to win against tryndamere, he'll pretty much just use his ult"
