"Abyssal Scepter and Void staff don't mix. You should never have them in the same build. If you want, you could replace one with Morello's Evil Tome, allowing you to get Greater Glyph of Force. Banshee's Veil is a good alternative if you need survivability.

"Well, it's a pretty common item for Garen. A lot of people pick it up for judgement speed. Whether it's a good pick or not, at least it's a common pick. Merc treads on Kennen though...."

LeBlanc and Xin Zhao aren't the most viable at mid-high elo. LeBlanc falls off late game, and Xin really doesn't do much better than other offtanks anymore.
