"He must have deserved to have one of those kills. Normally I don't complain about ks'ing, but 1 kill and 16 assists seems out of place. Normally you would see that on a tank or support. Not that he wasn't doing anything right. XD"

"Actually, Annie usually lags behind due to her slow movement speed. That's one of the big factors in getting Lich Bane. AD Carries usually get PD, and tanks usually get FoN. I need to keep up as well."

"Six, also keep in mind the fact that I want Lich Bane as an offensive item, I consider Rylai's to be a primarily defensive item. This is the main reason I think both Rylai's AND Rod of Ages to be unnecessary."

"Also, with the prevalence of gap-closers like Irelia, Xin Zhao, and Jarvan's E+Q Combo, the slow is not as good as it could be. Also, you get less out of it due to half of annie's abilities being AoE."
