"AP Lulu first showed up in TPA vs. TPS iirc, people took a while to learn that her midgame damage and utility are really great despite the many, many nerfs to her laning since release. Buy grail first and you won't have mana issues. "

"Correct. Zac's sustain no longer gives him a defining advantage in the jungle due to new spirit items, and champion-specific nerfs hit him pretty hard. Kha'Zix currently is god tier in the jungle. Slightly hit by the latest spirit nerf, but not really affected. "

"You only need Ghost if you are for some reason playing 1v1. Flash is way better for suppressing somebody in a teamfight/gank situation, since the problem is getting to them, not dragging them back to your team."
