Xerath and Skarner Reworks: Better or worse?

He still shits on people even after the shoddy rework. The only good thing that came of his rework was AD scaling on his e. Take it from a person that lives and breathes Twitch. Hebtakes a pair of balls to play properly, that could be where you were having trouble. :V[/quote]
