Except it's nothing like that because Twitch's rework made him infinitely more viable whilst removing the toxic long duration stealth mechanic.

the rest of the xerath rework is good, as for skarner i could care less i never liked him anyways and it by the sounds and looks of it hes even worse than before

I wish that I could live on whatever planet you apparently live on where this is so. Old Twitch is a million times better than new twitch.

Please tell me more about how ADCs are disadvantaged by having their target in auto range. ADCs provide consistent DPS, mages provide burst damage through their rotations.
