Please tell me more about how ADCs are disadvantaged by having their target in auto range. ADCs provide consistent DPS, mages provide burst damage through their rotations.

Possibly because Varus can still atleast attempt to DPS you down if you get close to him, where as Xerath likely can't do anything if he gets caught in melee range between cooldowns.

I think skarner is worse I preferred slow on q and they never improved anything really moved things around.

Except it's nothing like that because Twitch's rework made him infinitely more viable whilst removing the toxic long duration stealth mechanic.

It seems pretty much unanimous that new Xerath is good and new Skarner sucks. :p Aside form one vote saying they both suck. xD

idk it just feels weird to me that his Q doesnt gain anything from charging it other than range unlike other charging abilities, his stun makes sense in that it has a better effect the farther it goes but with xerath you can use Q with 0 charge time and still do full damage, it doesnt make sense for the whole "long range artillery mage" thing they want for him

the rest of the xerath rework is good, as for skarner i could care less i never liked him anyways and it by the sounds and looks of it hes even worse than before

I still remember when twitch and eve got reworked people said they sucked and they became op. Same could happen to skarner i think riot does not want release op reworks.

I wish that I could live on whatever planet you apparently live on where this is so. Old Twitch is a million times better than new twitch.
