"Buff timers are easy to keep. If someone kills a buff, just type in team chat "EB 12:10" or something. Remember they take 5 minutes to spawn.

"The problem is that the map is not rotationally symmetrical. Dragon is at the bottom half. If you send ADC/support top, blue side still gets dragon pressure. Right now the best way to mitigate this is as follows, assuming blue goes with the "standard meta" lane setup:
