Teemo as a support is also kinda rough but at least he can actually do something an zone people effectively through passive harass. It's a nightmare to ADC or APC because he is out ranged and out CCd by everyone."

You can play support Teemo, where you heal your allies by being super aggressive with Moonstone, or you could be the carry with Dark "
