"It's still a relatively useless item on Teemo currently. Straight up due to the fact that the "Meta" is. "Hey. I am going to absolutely blow you up." so having an item like Liandry's gives up nothing defensive, nothing to stop burst.

"Well the game mode overall is pretty RNG. It happens especially with most comps stealing Jinx / Nidalee and Riven for theirs but it works when it works. Unfortunate but you can't truly force anything. "
