"Comet: Use; Shroom damage. (Q) can not successfully land the shot of comet due to not applying any form of slow unless you purchase Rylais. It's a pretty goood rune for URF Teemo. Since the Comet spams hard with shrooms late game. But in general it's a bad rune in comparison to Aery.

"Well his biggest synergy is Aery, Electro and Grasp, simply due to DoT.
Aery: Damage, walk forward pick her up. DOT: Sends her back out.
Electro: Damage wait 3 seconds, damage. Rinse an repeat putting you in a permanent 1/3 hits to activate the rune.
Grasp: Damage minions or champions once."

"You can't really land the Comet early with (Q) unless you have an item like Rylais which is a heated topic with high elo Teemos and low elo Teemo players. It's a good defensive item, but not so good with the utility it offers.

"I'd suggest JNG or MID currently, as top lane is often times a mess.
However, 85% of the community would say to go TOP lane, it's more of a personal preference.
I play against people who are competent enough to deal with me, even if I smurf, so JNG or other roles tend to be easier to win with,"
