"That's the best, if you're very low MMR (Your ability to play the game which is calculated by the client) you can just get away with playing DH and focusing on getting as many stacks as you can possibly get and eventually with a maxed (Q) and full AP you can carry any game, due to low elo and skille"

"Hail of blade is a niche rune that not many Teemo players can utilize well, because most players are focused entirely on the burst play-style of Electrocute/Dark Harvest.
Playing it top side is pretty garbage because you're going up against Tanks.

"He does this in Gold and low Elo. It's not meant to be done in high elo, or relatively to climb in any way shape or form, doing these types of strategies does not make Riot happy, they simply slap the items or I would think they would hit the summoner eventually with a "Gold Debuff" in all"
