Pix's damage isn't a spell or an auto attack so I don't believe it would proc Spellthief's in any situation. I could be wrong though because of how wonky it is.

I have a terrible ranking so take this however you like but I always do at least 1 Normal draft to warm up before ranked. Also, don't main support in low ranks lolz. That's how I got low Bronze XD.

Toxic Shot doesn't proc it, because it's an on-hit effect rather than a spell, just like it also won't proc Rylai's or spell vamp. So only the AA proc :(
