It DOES count as two hits. So it's easy to proc the phage proc from trinity force from AA > Q. Which is why frozen mallet should be gotten for durability, trinity force for damage. It's also why "

"I think karma fits a Tanky comp to fully make use of her heals and shield.
Have someone run in, have rest of team follow, R+Shield someone and do damage, R+Q to heal, have high mobility champion like irelia to direct your chain, etc."

I was really puzzled as to how to have a stronk kennen build. There weren't really anything I could learn from as a basis for making this :/
I just wish I could do more damage with these builds. They seem kind of lacking to me, even though I tried my best."

I think if her mana wasn't a problem, she would beat mordekaiser. I went mid karma a while back, and I wrecked whoever was there pretty hard until the damage started going up and I started having lag spikes -.-"
