"Akali, Poppy, Mordekaiser (If he's doing it right.), Teemoo (If you're a squishy.), Jax, Singed, and most of all, Amumu.
Amumu isn't scary by himself, but put 4 dudes with him, and you're pretty much screwed.
Oops :O I misread this as "Which champs are scary late game." XD."

He already has the highest damage potential in the entire game.
If you condense that into 20% less time, then you have a pretty scary d00d.
But people like Morgana, Orianna, Brand, and other skill shot related people would be pretty good with it."

I run a super small UI, so having the full size shop screen and scoreboard lets me check peoples items and such, as well as their CS and such much more easily.
