"That's why you pick cleanse against heavy cc. But if they don't have anything they can hit you with, or they have cc you can't cleanse, like blitz, skarner, etc, then take ghost.
Grandmd: there is a lot of cc in league that you can't summoner cleanse. Olaf top, skarner jungle, morgana mid, sivir "
