Not really. I'd love for a mage or rogue to use their hero ability on turn 1-2 to kill my loot hoarder. It basically uses up their whole turn, and for rogue, you still get 2 damage in. "

"You basically Q an opponent in melee range and mid flight (instant) you right click them. You'll save time on the Q throwing animation and the vorpal hit + auto hit at almost the same time.
You can go to a custom with a friend and practice cancelling shen's ultimate :) "
