"No, it's not good on Viktor. Yes, it does gives you bonus Movement Speed but even if you do gain buffs, a lot of enemies like most mobile champions will manage to escape and ignore your slow. I would just recommend to use cosmic insight instead of approach velocity."

"I play almost every role, I don't hate them. I main in Mid and Top lane but my least favourite is in Jungle. I just added champions in each Tier what I think it's the best and I change every time when some champions gets buffs or nerfs."

My Mid Lane Tier List: "This is my Mid lane Tier list. This will show you what champions on tier list are broken and what champions are not viable (from OP to D Tier). Just because some champions are broken doesn't mean you can win every single game or some champions are not viable doesn't mean you are going to lose...."
