"For Weapon Expertise you need to take 4 points in Alactrity, as is the case with Lethality. For that you need to take 4 points in Deadliness. If you don't know this, then this obviously isn't what you use as your masteries, which leaves me wondering why you put those in your guide. A"

"I play a pro Talon, and I'm just going to point out that in the hands of someone who understands how to use him properly, he is definitely OP. I play him in mid against AP carries, and I rarely lose. I don't go for sheen so early, I rush a Bloodthirster after Ionian boots by buying a BF sword"
