"Yep I repeated it. You can pre setup tentacles in at least three camps. You have to wait around in them somewhere around 5-10s (ish). This still leaves you with enough time run back to your where you want to start your route.
This also gives you some "friends" if you get invaded, tho"

"Uh okay you can actually walk to Krugs. Stand there until a tentacle spawns. Then walk over to Red and stand there until a tentacle spawns. Then walk over to Raptors until a tentacle spawns. So you have a buddy at all 3 of your early camps to help you out. Sweet! :)"

"Early game you have teeny bit of control with where her tentacles spawn because at least one of them likes to spawn near you. So run to the Krugs and stand there until a tentacle spawns close enough to strike the Krugs. Then you can run around and ward if you like.

I modified my runes a little to get more CDR at the expense of MR. Gives you 40% CDR at level 18 with The Black Cleaver and Spirit Visage.

"Enchantment: Cinderhulk into The Black Cleaver is also not a bad route. Build full tank from there are your are pretty hard to kill and still do respectable damage.
Her ultimate has really short range. It takes some patience if you want to try and hit more than one target with it.
