That is picked up or reinforced.
Wards - sometimes don't stop to kill them. You can click on them to see who placed them (actually need to try this)
Vision wins games by letting your team play aggressively when ahead or to make picks or threaten alternative objectives that you need to get back in the game when behind.
If you are getting pincered attack the weak side.
If you are otherwise even take fights where you have a numbers advantage.
Knowing where the enemy jungler is a way of knowing you have a numbers advantage.
Invade the jungle where you have pushed lanes. Then your laner(s) can come and help you if you run into something unexpected.
If the jungle is clear on that side of the map you now know that the enemy jungler is either on the other side of the map or will be headed their soon to clear camps. If your lanes are pushed you can expect them to show up to try and gank your laners. If you can't get over there in time look to either a gank, or do a tower dive when your minions hit the enemy's turret, or take Rift Scuttler or Dragon, that way you can at least gain some sort of advantage cross map.
For junglers that use traditional gank paths, try and keep the river warded and the
Rift Scuttler under your control.
Exhaust is a life saver if the enemy team has damage based divers like
Kennen or
Fiddlesticks.
Get to where you team is, especially if you are someone tanky that really shouldn't be split pushing.
If you are someone that has both backline disruption ability and the ability to peel, if your carries are ahead then concentrate on peeling for them. If your carries are behind then look to dive the backline. E.g.
Nautilus can hook or ult someone in the backline, but by doing that you leave your carries to the not so tender mercy of whoever decides to jump on them.
