"When you open up the launcher, before you hit play, click on the gears on the top right (options).

"Could be the case. I'd rather see a training school of sorts to teach the basic and intermediate skills necessary to play, so many level 30's still have no idea how to last hit or position well.
Would be amazing to have an achievement system tied in to the training school."
