Hmmm it's true that psycho pass 2 wasn't as good as s1 sadly :( I really feel like you can attribute that to the lack of episodes... it didn't feel like it didn't pay enough attention to the side characters and all, it felt like episodes were missing in-between. Maybe a BR release will make things better, who knows.

Log horizon 2 started super slow but got better towards the ending imo. Still haven't finished it though, somewhere on episode 10 if I recall. If the ending ends up being **** well then **** it all XD
Thanks to Koksei for the sig!

I recently found this really interesting manga called Kokou No Hito.

Got hooked and read 4 volumes straight. It's 02:30 here now, about time I went to bed D:

The artists other work Innocent also seems really interesting. His stories are really unique and the art is pretty great.
Might give that a shot after I'm done with the 17 volumes of Kokou No Hito.

There's just soooo much more unique and interesting stuff in manga than in anime. That's why I prefer the medium.

Kind of a follow up on my previous post, last two episodes of parasyte the maxim have been pretty great. Definitely enjoying it, been recommended Terror in Resonance as well, intend to start that relatively soon in between Solo Queuing.

avoid turning around Murano :^)

Weeeee I just finished watching Trinity Seven and it was a blast!

Basically your typical harem... except, EACH AND EVERY CHARACTER IS TOLERABLE (yes, including the protagonist) but not only that, they're mostly likeable too. Also, there's a really really cool and relatively sound (but mostly cool) magic system going on.

The series is a bit of a ****tease at times, but it doesn't take itself too seriously so it's all good.

Art is quite nice too, I found it a bit refreshing and unique, especially those smiles. Quite a few loli's and voluptuous girls, and the protagonist was pretty attractive, too.

I really liked the voice acting as well. I feel like the protagonist's voice was 100% spot on.

Music was quite nice, and although the tracks aren't any good as stand alone's they did fit the scenes relatively well.

Animation was also quite good, apart from a few derpy scenes.

Needless to say, it was quite amusing and funny. I laughed out loud at some pretty stupid and immature sex jokes which says something, since normally I hate this kinda stuff.

Nothing revolutionary, and you certainly won't be missing out if you don't watch it but for any harem enthusiast or anyone looking for an enjoyable time with their brain mostly turned off (note, mostly. Not potato brain) I would 100% recommend this.

If we don't factor in enjoyment, this series gets a 6/10. If we do factor it in, then BOOM! 8,5/10 :D

Ok so I was looking forward to Saenai Heroin No Sodatekata.
Today Special 1 was uploaded and, oh please let the special be a real special (allthought it is said to be a prologue).

Cause that overly harem ecchi all routes style is totally not good.
If this is the case I am going to stick to the 2 mangas that have each heroine focused instead of a cluster**** like Project Grisaria

I'm aware of Miyazaki's thoughts on topic and I completely agree with him, although I haven't seen too many different anime shows, watching new anime really highlights that problem. It's hard to find something worth watching between all this ****.

I've just finished watching N.H.K. ni youkoso, it's deffinitely one of my most favourite shows, with monster and few others. It hits too close to home...

There are plenty of shows like that. Akame Ga Kill! and Tokyo Ghoul right off the top of my head.
They aren't any good, but neither is Mirai Nikki, so you should have no problems watching those.
