I tried Kassadin top. One question.

Why?
I main...the entire top lane.
I miss: Tank Rengar top, AD Nidalee, Mash Keyboard Ryze...the OPs

I'm pretty sure you just play really passive pre6 and then you have a good escape for the rest of laning phase. Then your team has a presumably moderately farmed Kassadin for the rest of the game. Double AP comps are pretty strong to begin with and some top laners aren't really equipped to bully Kass hard enough.

He's been played mid lane too. It's not like he's bad.

I'm pretty sure another reason why Kassadin is T1 top, is because of how most other high tier toplane champions are AP and don't have extremely aggressive early games.

He has been seen quire a few rimes in China and Korea with varying success. Bjergsen played him during all-stars as well and got stomped by PowerOfEvil.
