Most ppl who has played Urgot doesn't even know it exists. It's a rare bug (unless you know how to exploit it) that only appears when you move towards your target while shooting

(If you can find other old sites/build pages that haven't been updated in awhile that detail Anivia's skills you'll see the tooltip did indeed used to say the stun duration was .75 seconds. I for one have screenshotted that page just so I know I didn't dream this up out of nowhere)

You NEED to have your mouse at the very edge of your screen to make this happen. This bug made Urgot's range about 1500 units, which is a tad bit too far..

% of hp damage would make armor the only viable item path to tank towers(it was already an awesome way to do it). True damage would almost make tower diving impossible.

It's not that he had 350 range total it's an ADDITIONAL 350 range. That's EXTRA range that wasn't even purposely implemented on Urgot in the first place.
