Well, you should keep in mind that jungle camps will mess you up and each gives a different buff, if you use
Smite on it.
Also, there's a crab-ish creature in the river that will give you 80 gold as a jungler and provide vision for a short duration + a speed up for you and your allies that's pretty important for
Dragon/
Baron control.

EVERYTHING has changed. I suggest you dig up the patch notes to 4.21 and 4.22. Also, read up on patch 5.1 and 5.2. Those should give you a decent picture of how jungle is now.
To summarize, Dragon no longer gives global gold, instead it gives a stacking buff for every time you kill the dragon, maxing at 5 stacks.
Baron gives a completely different kind of buff that also buffs nearby minions.
Jungle items are completely different, and come with enchantments like boots.
ADC items have changed slightly.
Support items have changed ALOT.
Top lane is being dominated by AP top laners (to an extent).
Mid lane is being dominated by assassins.
Speaking of, DFG was just recently removed.
There is a TON of other changes out there, I highly suggest going back on patch notes and reading them.

It'd probably just be better for you relearn everything from scratch :/
There have been tons of champs and build changes, both big and small, then there's the whole map rework...
Just to warn you: The jungle is painful now, but actually sort of better. Most burst mages got nerfed with the removal of
Deathfire Grasp. Support itemization is infinitely better, and they're working on better build paths for everyone. Oh, and don't believe what people say about some champs getting gutted.
Sona,
Akali,
Cassiopeia, and
Ahri are huge threats.

I used to main jungle, top, and ADC, though I loved to mid once and a while, I've noticed that runes have almost completely changed, and that the jungles changed a lot too, what should I keep in mind going into my first game in nearly a year and a half?
