Could also happen, but at leats you can slow her while disengaging :D.
BTW: The trio of Maokai, Nautilus and Sion can be all played top or jungle competetively, you could pick those 3 and rotate so it fits best. Especially because Maokai can be played support. Now you have the most tanky frontline in the game ever. Then put 2 hypercarries like Tristana + Cassiopeia behind that and the enemy team can't do ****.

The top laner on my ranked team has played some Nautilus top. It doesn't seem much worse than Sion and it might be pretty good after the buff. He's a plat V player and no one has beat it in lane yet when we play ranked 5s.
