Thank you for the comment. I just update the masteries in the guide. For the keystone mastery, I would have to say that Courage of the Colossus is the best option. I'm not saying grasp isn't a good choice, but in terms of sheer efficiency, Colossus is the way to go. I also agree that Battle Trance and Fearless are the best options for their tier. Thanks again, and good luck!

Thanks for the question! I often find myself doing a mixture of both through a game. When you think about it, Shen's main design was to be a split pusher. However, I usually resort to split pushing if my team is far ahead enough that we can spread out over the map safely, and have no problem winning a teamfight. If I find that the game is even, or we are losing, I tend to stick close to my teammates, unless it turned into a farm simulator and no fights are happening. So to answer your question, your role as Shen really depends on how the game has progressed. Hope this helps!

three straight wins #feelsgoodman
Runes:
I find that I can clear the jungle just fine and be ready to gank at level 3 when going full scaling Hit Point seals.
Masteries:
Agree with the 12 in Ferocity. They keep you healthy enough in the jungle to gank at level 3. I tried 12 in Cunning going with
If I've done the math correctly,
I'm not a huge fan of
Jungle clear:
To flesh out your guide I'd suggest going more in-depth on how to micro the jungle. I find that if you plan ahead a little bit you can be bringing your spirit blade to you just as you are about to engage with a camp so you can minimize any lag.
Also if you are invading you are probably going to want
Oh and point out that you don't get bonus damage by pulling your blade through monsters (only champions). Damn, I was doing a lot of extra footwork for nothing. Oh well. XD
If you expand on the jungle clear section and put more detail in the ganking section, I'll be back to give an upvote.
I`ve been jusing your guide as a Shen jungler, and i think its absolutley one of the best base builds. Ive been thinking of specially one item. "Frozen mallet" as a alternative mid game. When f.eks top is a Thanky bruiser type. They often slip away if i havent had the chance to positionate my Q properly for the slow bonus. Frozen malet then have some Nice stats for Shen.
Also i choose to for flath Health seals, since i feel that he really dont need the extra amount of Health latter. But its more to help early game.
Hope you keep udtating Your build and answer questions here xD Again thaks for Your build!
What you say about Grasp of the Undying vs Strength of the Ages?
For a reason i cant feel playing without Grasp
