If they hold onto their skillshot, just keep on juking as long as you're at risk of being hit. Bad players will throw their skillshot and hope it hits you, good players will hold onto it and let you juke away uselessly. Reflexes help obviously, but you don't need good reflexes to dodge spells at low Elo. At low Elo, if I see a [[thresh]] begin casting hook, I already know where he's going to throw it and I can casually sidestep it.
