Not sure why you'd ever pick Hecarim for jungle instead of top lane, but where do you think Hecarim jungle stands, hax?

Maintained has a mean Hecarim jungle - He's like undefeated with it in gold. He would do Mr. Cuddowls proud

He does a lot more damage than I thought initially and has actual good matchups at this point in time, whereas he didn't when I made that statement. Leblanc, kass, ahri, cho, urgot, and to a lesser extent lissandra and zed were very popular at the time, and he doesn't do well vs pretty much any of them.

vs the scaling control mages like kog, ziggs ,azir, cassio, viktor, its a lot easier for him to get by with his weak lane

People using winrate to determine how good/bad a champion is.

It actually does say some things about the champion, like all statistics do. When a champ is clearly amazing, they ALWAYS ryze to 54%+ winrate and it's something you can trust as long as their picked above ~8%+ of the games. It means they do well consistently for various different players. We even had times where a champ was clearly in need of nerfs AND GOT THEM while staying at stuff like 58% winrate.

Balanced champions are at 50%, usually. Sometimes you gotta give a champ time for the bandwagon players to drop him (like new champs) so you can get a better idea of how he's performing for the population, but you can still use these numbers. Of course you should always look at plat, diamond and challenger tiers to get a better idea of the champ's potential.

Random factors like trolls pretty much balance themselves so you can't use those as an excuse. Is this THE foolproof way to say a champ is broken? No. But I stay by my opinion that Ryze is being overhyped because he is absolutely toxic to lane against, or even face in 2v1 situations, but his teamfight potential seemed pretty ****ty to me. I won't say it is for sure because I only saw hime in 10 or so games, but of those he won 9 even when he was pretty fed.

tl;dr: I hate Cassiopeia
Thank you Byron for 2014's loudest laugh up till today

I wanna point to the fact that the majority of LoL players are gold and under.

Regardless, a lot of people don't break into the meta's and guts of a champion right away. I mean, remember Bard and old Ryze before people built mana on him? There was even a point in time when people said Lucian was terrible.

I'd go on, but then again, I barely pay attention to the game anymore.

tl;dr- People suck **** at this game.

And remember, the majority of that ****heap think that Master Yi is broken and needs to be removed from the game.

only outstanding win rates can be used to justify stuff - champs above a 55% winrate or below a 45% win rate shows that they have certain problems

stuff from 45~50 dont mean much and aren't good justifications for things

I feel like, every champion above Amumu has balance issues, Amumu is like the most balanced solo queue champion in the game.

This

And Tosh, like I said I look at plat + players, sometimes only diamond, and on SoloQ too. I don't look at the entirety of LoL players at all for the reasons you stated.

Yes. Buff Lee Sin. That's exactly what he needs right now.
Short Term Goals: Silver/Gold/Platinum || Long Term Goals: Diamond/Master/Challenger
